Mr. Skousen received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University in 1991. He is admitted to practice law in the states of Utah and California.

Frederick W. Penney
Mr. Penney received his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University in 1988 in Philosophy. Following that, he attended the J. Reuben Clark School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1991. He is admitted to the State Bar of California.
